StreetWalkRep is entirely an online store. We still maintain a local inventory for various purposes such as product experimentation, improvement, and customer fulfillment, but we do not have a physical shop where we sell directly.
The easiest way to reach us is through WhatsApp. You can find the link in the „hamburger“ menu on the top left of the screen. For more complex questions, you can also contact us via email. We recommend leaving a message through both channels for serious and important matters, although we usually respond quickly.
By creating an account, you become a member of the StreetWalkRep family. This allows you to access information about the status of your order, enjoy special discounts, or receive other special seasonal offers.
Versand
We ship our products internationally and domestically worldwide. In the rare case of a specific exception, we will notify the customer and provide a full refund for the shipping cost.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 5 PM UTC+2 will be processed the following day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification. Shipping is free and typically takes 11 to 25 business days.
Currently, we do not offer alternative shipping options. However, the medium-to-long waiting time is definitely worth it.
We accept refunds within 15 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with tags and packaging intact. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

We accept payment via VISA/MASTER CARD. All payment methods have SSL security to ensure customer safety.
The main currency used in our shop is Euro (€). If a currency exchange occurs, currency conversion fees to your local currency may be applied.
Rücksendungen
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund, provided it meets the refund requirements.
If a refund or return is approved by us, we will refund the full purchase amount minus the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with refunds and returns.
